Peculiarità di questo progetto è la particolare disposizione del lotto edificato. A pochi metri da una cappella campestre di interesse comunale, su un terreno circondato da terrazzamenti, la costruzione si sviluppa su tre livelli, ognuno con un rapporto diretto con il terreno.
Abbiamo seguito l’edificazione dell’intera struttura, caratterizzata da un tetto aggettante con uno sbalzo di 4,5 m. Per ottenere questo effetto, la soletta è stata modulata con controfrecce per garantire la linearità nel tempo.
La struttura impiega beton facciavista per le parti a vista e beton impermeabile per le sezioni interrate.
The uniqueness of this project lies in the layout of the plot. Just a few meters from a small countryside chapel of local interest, the house was built on terraced land and develops over three levels, each connected to the surrounding terrain.
We managed the entire construction of this single-family home, defined by a projecting roof with a 4.5-meter cantilever. To achieve this, the slab was shaped with reverse curves to maintain long-term linearity.
The structure features exposed concrete for visible parts and waterproof concrete for the underground sections.
